Cultural Council
The Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie has created a Cultural Council with international personalities from different horizons –experts, collectors, retailers, journalists and conservators– all of whom are recognised for their complete independence. This Cultural Council has drafted a “Fine Watchmaking Manifesto” which sets the perimeter of Technical and Precious Fine Watches and identifies its foremost protagonists. This perimeter is reviewed each year.
