Customer Service and After-sales Service Manager
The customer services and after-sales service manager ensures that local centres can deliver their services under optimum conditions. He/she also closely monitors the evolution of markets and their performances. As the brand’s sole delegate, he/she visits local partners to gather information personally, analyse their requests and suggest corrective action which he/she supervises. The guarantor of an impeccable after-sales service, the customer services and after-sales service manager distributes the material necessary for selling and repairing products. A person with many contacts, he/she is on-site at least once a month. A logistics or technical engineer fits the required profile. Rigorous, he/she must also know how to lead a team, have approximately five years’ experience managing a logistical network, be able to anticipate problems and identify potential areas for improvement.
Education in engineering (see “engineer”), or bachelor’s degree in management, 3 years – see university business studies – 2 years, or bachelor of science degree from HES-SO (University of Applied Sciences, Western Switzerland) in business administration, 3 years – see management schools – and a few years of experience in a similar field.
