Product Development Group Leader
The leader of the product development group draws up a product strategy and implements it, while concentrating on brand objectives. Very aware of the product’s identity, he/she also knows its exact positioning on the market thanks to market analyses. The product development group leader supervises the revision of existing lines and can also create new ones as long as they correspond to the strategic positioning. Year after year, he/she works to increase turnover thanks to, among other things, the commitment of the employees that he/she has helped to select. The product development group leader has a degree as well as considerable knowledge of the luxury sector and knows how to manage teams.
Master’s degree in management, (bachelor’s + master’s), 5 years – see university business programmes - a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position, knowledge of watchmaking products and the luxury sector.
Master of science degree from HES-SO (University of Applied Sciences, Western Switzerland) in business administration, (bachelor’s + master’s) 5 years – see business schools – a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position; knowledge of watchmaking products and the luxury sector.
