Retail Director
The retail director manages all activities linked to the brand’s distribution. He/she develops a long-term strategy in-line with predetermined financial objectives that he/she is responsible for implementing. Constantly in touch with other departments, such as marketing or after-sales service, he/she coordinates these activities to create the maximum number of synergies. Relied upon to manage sales teams working in the brand’s points of sales, he/she sets up training programmes and picks out the best candidates to help develop their careers. The retail manager also travels a great deal in order to find future markets and evaluate their potential. The bearer of a university degree, he/she stands out for his/her leadership and entrepreneurial qualities.

Master’s degree in management, (bachelor’s + master’s) 5 years – see university business programmes – a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position, knowledge of timepieces and their production environment.
Master of science degree from HES-SO (University of Applied Sciences, Western Switzerland) in business administration, (bachelor’s + master’s) 5 years – see management schools – a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position, knowledge of timepieces and their production environment.
