Zum Rösli Clock Museum offers enthusiasts of antique clocks a rich collection of some five hundred table clocks, wall clocks and longcase clocks from the 1460s to the 1900s.
The Martha Gisler collection includes a number of clocks with wooden gears, in addition to iron clocks, most of which were made in Switzerland. The Hans Neufeld collection stands out for its many Renaissance iron clocks. These include turret-shaped table clocks, made circa 1600, and seventeenth-century table clocks with fire-gilt cases. The clocks donated by Martha Gisler and Hans Neufeld are displayed on the museum's two floors.
