In 1875, two young men passionate about watch-making - Jules-Louis Audemars and Edward-Auguste Piguet - found Audemars Piguet. Guided by a desire for excellence and a spirit of invention, bequeathed as a legacy to all their descendants, the creators produce movements which punctuate and make their mark on history. To this day, the Audemars Piguet house is still in the hands of the descendants of the founders.
