Ingenious inventors, Robert Greubel and Stephen Forsey break new ground in watch-making. The Anglo-French duo offer a world of unique creation: watches that are a blend of complex mechanisms and cutting-edge technologies. Together with Philippe Dufour, they are behind the creative concept for "Naissance d’une montre" the aim of which is to preserve the transmission of know-how. The brand has been based at the ultra-modern workshops in Chaux-de-Fonds since 2009.

2001

Robert Greubel and Stephen Forsey create the CompliTime SA company, dedicated to the development of complicated movements.

2004

Robert Greubel and Stephen Forsey found Greubel & Forsey and introduce their first invention: the 30° Double Tourbillon which was patented in 2001.

2007

Greubel Forsey launches the invention Piece 1 as a tribute to the Double Tourbillon 30°.

2013

The brand once again pushes the limits with Art Piece 1: a double tourbillon project which includes a work of art in a microscope.
