Lady Jour Nuit

Van Cleef & Arpels returns to the Lady Arpels Jour Nuit, which debuted in 2008, with the introduction of two models, including this 33mm Lady Jour Nuit that was three years in development. Paved with diamonds, the moon and the stars are in endless pursuit of the sun, captured in guilloché yellow gold. Fitted with a 24-hour rotating disc, the dial turns almost imperceptibly. Van Cleef & Arpels uses the impression of depth inherent to Murano glass to recreate the immensity of space and the magic of a starry night. The blue-painted mother-of-pearl cap features a guilloché effect. On the reverse side, the oscillating weight, covered by a sapphire crystal, is decorated with polished stars. A fairy, applied using the enamel decal technique, contemplates the scene.
