This Overseas tourbillon skeleton is a festival of “firsts”. It marks the first appearance in the collection of a skeletonised tourbillon movement, the in-house Calibre 2160 SQ. The regulating organ has been redesigned and the balance spring is equipped with a Breguet overcoil. The drum and the cover of the barrel are openworked into the shape of a compass rose, a novel design for Vacheron Constantin. Alongside a version in pink gold, this is the first Vacheron Constantin watch to be made entirely from grade 5 titanium, including the bezel and crown. Each component is reworked and finished by hand. Both versions are supplied with two additional straps, one leather and one rubber.
