Casquette 2.0

The original Casquette was in production between 1976 and 1978, during which time Girard-Perregaux made 8,200 examples of what was a hugely innovative quartz watch. Now highly collectible, it returns as the Casquette 2.0 in a non-numbered limited edition of 820. The design is that of the 1970s original, including the futuristic tubular LED display. The materials, on the other hand, are new with a combination of ceramic and grade 5 titanium for the case. A latest-generation quartz movement powers hours, minutes, seconds, day and date, with the addition of a chronograph, month and year indications, a second time zone and a secret date.
