Heritage Perpetual Calendar Limited Edition 100

A completely new movement, Calibre MB 29.22, drives this Heritage Perpetual Calendar, which shows hours and minutes together with the day, date, month, moon phase and leap year. For enhanced legibility, all indications are given on large counters at 3, 6 and 9 o'clock. With travellers in mind, Montblanc has also equipped its calibre with a dual-time function shown over 24 hours. It took Montblanc three years to develop this movement, which is composed entirely of gears, when most perpetual calendars use levers. This construction enables the wearer to adjust their watch in both directions by the crown, with no risk of damaging the movement as a safety feature locks the correctors between 8pm and midnight. The version in red gold on a brown alligator strap is a 100-piece limited edition. There is also a regular edition in steel.
