Horological Machine N°7 Aquapod
After pushing the boundaries of horological mechanics by blasting into space, launching through the sky and powering down the road, MB&F plunges into water with the HM7 Aquapod, which despite its name isn't a dive watch. Max Büsser based this watch's organic design on the jellyfish… an organic aesthetic that is counterbalanced by the mechanics inside, namely a central flying tourbillon that dominates the concentric vertical movement architecture. Indications radiate out like waves on the ocean, on two spherical rings in aluminium and titanium, mounted on ceramic bearings. And like a jellyfish can glow in the dark, the Aquapod lights up not just the hour and minute numerals, but the tourbillon and the tentacles of the winding rotor that can be seen functioning in the night. The Aquapod comes in grade 5 titanium with blue bezel (33 pieces) or in 5N pink gold with black bezel (66 pieces).
