J12 Calibre 12.2

Chanel continues to equip its J12 line with mechanical calibres, recognising the growing interest among women for this type of movement. Accordingly, the J12 33mm has been fitted with Calibre 12.2. This latest movement is made for Chanel by Kenissi (the brand has a stake in the company), maker of Calibre 12.1 which since 2019 has powered the J12 38mm. Every component has been adjusted to fit the new diameter. Chronometer-certified by the Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres (COSC), Calibre 12.2 delivers 45 hours of power reserve. Visible through the sapphire back, the perfectly circular form of the oscillating weight is a signature of a Chanel watch. This J12 is proposed in highly resistant black or white ceramic and steel.
